2 bunches broccolini (cut bottom an inch off and discard)
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
1 ½ Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper
Steam broccolini for 1-2 minutes until just tender. Place in ice water for 5 minutes. Drain thoroughly. Heat oil n a large sauté pan over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook until it just starts to get golden brown. Add broccolini, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve.
