From Our Kitchen
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
4 ears corn
1 box corn bread mix
6 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
12 oz. can cream corn
2 eggs
½ cup milk
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a greased bread pan or 9” square pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Serves 4-6
