1 lb. squash, peeled, grated (4 - 5 cups)
⅓ cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sour cream
¾ cup seedless raisins
¾ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 Tbsp. honey
Mix all the ingredients until very well blended. Chill the salad for at least 1 hour before serving.
