From Our Kitchen
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. tarragon, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
1 tsp. capers
¼ tsp. anchovy paste
½ tsp. garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend for 1 minute. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
