Heat grill to medium high heat.
8 ears fresh corn, husked
ΒΌ lb. butter, melted
maple sugar (optional)
lime juice (optional)
chipotle peppers, diced (optional)
garlic, finely minced
parsley, finely chopped
Brush grill with a bit of oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place corn on the grill. Allow the corn to start to lightly brown then turn, repeating until the corn is cooked.
For a little extra flavor try using a flavored butter. To make flavored butter simply add ingredients to the melted butter, and brush on to your corn. Here are some flavor combinations we suggest:
Maple Butter - add maple sugar to the butter.
Lime and Chipotle Butter - add the diced chipotle peppers and lime juice to the butter.
Garlic Herb Butter - add garlic and parsley to the butter. Be careful about adding too much garlic, as raw garlic will dominate the flavor.
