Heat grill to medium high heat.
16 oz. salmon fillet
1 bunch basil, fresh
1 Tbsp. garlic
ΒΌ cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Add basil, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper to a food processor and blend until smooth. Brush the mixture on the salmon fillet and place brushed side down on the grill. Brush the other side and flip after a few minutes. With each flip be sure to brush with pesto mix. The salmon should be be ready after approximately 10 minutes.
Remove from the grill and serve. Finished with fresh squeezed lemon juice to taste.
