2 lb. sirloin tips
1 head each red and green leaf lettuce, washed and chopped
2 avocados, sliced
1 bunch radishes, sliced
1 bottle ranch dressing
1 chipotle pepper (from a can)
2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Mix together sirloin, cilantro, soy sauce, lime juice, and chili powder. Let sit at least 2 hours (or overnight). Preheat grill. Puree the chipotle and the ranch dressing. Mix together the lettuce, radish, and avocado. Lightly coat with dressing.
Divide onto plates. Grill sirloin and arrange onto top.
Serves 4
