5 lbs. beef, flap meat
1 Tbsp. lemongrass, chopped
1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. shallots, chopped
1 Tbsp. ginger, chopped
¼ cup sesame oil
¼ cup lime juice
Mix together lemongrass, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and lime juice. Add the beef and marinate overnight. Preheat a grill and grill the beef until cooked. Serve with steamed rice and garnish with fresh Thai basil and chopped nuts.
