4 avocados, ripe
¼ cup red onion, diced
1 plum tomato, diced
1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
1½ tsp. lime juice
pinch of cumin
salt and pepper
Scoop avocado into a bowl and lightly crush. Add onion, tomato, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and salt & pepper to taste. Mix.
