1 loaf French bread, sliced and toasted
¼ - ½ lb. cooked lamb leg, thinly sliced
¼ lb. crumbled goat cheese
1 Tbsp. mint, thinly sliced
1 jar fig spread
pinch black pepper
Mix goat cheese, mint, and black pepper together. Spread evenly on bread. Place a slice of lamb on each piece. Put a dollop of fig spread on the top.
