2 handfuls mixed greens
2 handfuls pea tendrils, chopped
2 oranges, peeled and sliced
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
4 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
4 Tbsp. balsamic dressing
Combine mixed greens, pea tendrils, avocado, and oranges. Add balsamic dressing and toss. Top with feta cheese and sunflower seeds. Serve.
