Ingredients

⅓ cup virgin olive oil
juice of ½ lime
¼ cup finely chopped papalo leaves
¼ tsp. sugar
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. dijon mustard
fresh ground pepper to taste

Method

Mix all ingredients.
