Penne Bolognese

Ingredients

10 lbs. penne pasta, cooked
16 lbs. veal
16 lbs. lamb
10 lbs. beef
4 onions, chopped
4 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
3 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. pepper
2 10 oz. cans diced tomatoes
2 10 oz. cans crushed tomatoes
10 carrots, diced

Method

Saute meat, drain off grease. Add onions, carrots, garlic and salt and pepper. Cook until onions and carrots are soft. Add tomatoes, simmer for 45 minutes until done.
