From Our Kitchen
½ lb smoked trout
⅓ cup mayonnaise
¼ tsp. prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp. celery, diced
1 Tbsp. onions, diced
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
½ tsp. lemon juice
pinch black pepper
Crumble the trout into small pieces. Mix in remaining ingredients.
Serve on endive leaves.
