Strawberry Sauce
1 pint strawberries
3 Tbsp. or to taste of granulated sugar
Fresh Whipped Cream
8 oz. heavy whipped cream
¼ cup granulated sugar (optional)
dash vanilla extract (optional)
Strawberry Sauce
Slice strawberries and sprinkle with sugar to draw out the juices. Let sit in the refrigerator about ½ hour. Sugar will dissolve.
Fresh Whipped Cream
Chill the bowl and the whip in the freezer or refrigerator before starting, Pour cream and vanilla (optional) into the bowl and whip at medium high speed. Slowly add the sugar as cream thickens. Do not over whip.
