From Our Kitchen
1 qt. strawberries, stems discarded
1-2 Tbsp. honey (to taste)
1 cup olive oil
¼ cup basil oil
⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
salt and pepper (to taste)
Puree together strawberries, honey, vinegar, and poppy seeds.
Slowly add oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
