From Our Kitchen
2 10 oz cans diced tomatoes
2 10 oz cans crushed tomatoes
4 onions, chopped
6 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
4 Tbsp. salt
4 Tbsp. pepper
2 bunches fresh basil
Saute onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Add tomatoes then simmer for 1 hour. Puree with Bermixer, finish with fresh basil.
Serves 15-20
