Wilson Farm Foccacia

Preheat oven to 350°F

Ingredients

1½ lb. flour
2 oz. yeast
cornmeal
Pinch salt (to taste)
2 oz. parsley
5½ oz-6 oz water
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. black pepper
seasoned olive oil

Method

Grease & flour a sheet pan & set aside. Add all ingredients into a medium sized bowl & fold and mix together. Roll out into desired shape. Cover pan with a light coating of cornmeal. Brush bread with seasoned olive oil. Add desired toppings and Bake for 30 minutes.
