Gazpacho
Ingredients
Serves 4-6
- 4 peppers, assorted
- 6 tomatoes
- 4 cucumbers
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 64-oz. can V-8 Juice
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. hot sauce
Clean and chop peppers. Peel and chop cucumbers and onions. Core tomatoes and chop.
Add all ingredients to blender or food processor, and pulse until mixture reaches desired chunkiness. Add hot sauce to taste. Serve chilled.
