2 medium zucchini
1 salad onion
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. flour
¼ cup artichoke hearts, quartered
½ cup cream
½ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter. Add sliced onion and sugar and cook until golden brown. Grate zucchini and add to onions. Cook 5-10 minutes on medium heat until some of the water from the zucchini is released. Add flour, cream, bread crumbs, artichokes, cheese, salt and pepper. Cook until thick, about 5-10 minutes. Put in pan and bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts.
