Boil a large pot of water. Husk corn.
Place corn in boiling water, return to boil, then remove corn. (Do not overcook.)
Immerse corn in ICE water for 3-4 minutes. Cut off cob and freeze immediately. Do not stack bags or cups of corn in freezer until completely frozen. If you prefer to freeze on the cob, wrap each cob individually to prevent freezer burn.
To serve: Take corn directly from freezer and place in a pot of COOL water and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes and serve.
